Amiens 406
From The Logic Museum
Jump to navigationJump to searchRoger Bacon's early lectures have survived only in a single manuscript, Amiens 406, which dates from the end of the thirteenth century or the beginning of the fourteenth century. They are generally considered to be authentic transcripts of Bacon's lectures at the Arts faculty of the University of Paris in the 1240s, although the attribution is far from certain.
