The Douay-Rheims English translation was made by members of the English College, Douai, in the service of the Catholic Church. The New Testament part was published in Reims, France, in 1582, in one volume with extensive commentary and notes.
Anchoring is by chapter then verse, for example Authors/bible/mark/c1#v23.
For editors: use the bible template, e.g. {{bible|mark|1|23}} gives mark 1:23.
